Mortgage Lender’s valuations A lender valuation isn’t a survey. It’s a limited check that your mortgage lender carries out to ensure the property is worth the money they’re lending you. Although it is for your lender’s benefit, you will probably pay for the valuation. The lender may provide you with a copy of the mortgage valuation, but it is unlikely to cover items of detail which would be picked up in a survey.
Harvey & Partners Valuation Surveys We provide a comprehensive and personal service valuing commercial, institutional and residential properties, for private individuals, banks and other organisations under the guidance of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Valuation Standards (the Red Book).
